What exactly is flame lamination and how does it work?
Flame lamination is a modern technology for surface bonding of materials that uses the principle of controlled activation of the foam surface with an open flame.<\/strong>
During this process, polyurethane (PU) foam is briefly exposed to a precisely controlled flame that melts its surface layer.<\/p>\n

At the moment of melting, the foam is immediately bonded under roller pressure to a second material, such as a textile, knit fabric, or synthetic leather.<\/p>\n

After cooling, a strong, uniform and durable bond is formed that is essentially inseparable.<\/strong><\/p>\n
